Dozens of law enforcement officers are investigating a crime scene at a Lawrence hotel as part of a two-day crime conference.
Officers and forensic agents from across Kansas are learning techniques on interviewing and interrogating possible suspects, and how to collect and process evidence like bloodstain patterns, biological evidence and evidence stored on computers.
