Young Dental Sees Productivity Gains with speckFINDER HD

We manufacture and purchase very small components to be used in products for the medical/dental industry. On numerous occasions, we have had employees huddled around a traditional microscope trying to explain to each other a possible quality or manufacturing issue. With the speckFINDER HD, we can focus and zoom in on the part and everyone involved can see the screen and exactly what the issue is. The 6.5" display on the unit is nice and works extremely well.

The ability to capture the screen image and save a jpg file with labeling, annotation and measurement is an extremely valuable tool. We have utilized these features for compliance documentation and for real-time supplier communication including emailing image files to component suppliers, and recently to a toolmaker regarding various issues.

We are already seeing the productivity gains by adding this tool to our Engineering/Quality department and are having fun learning and utilizing all of the features. I just wanted to say thanks and provide some feedback to you regarding this great piece of equipment.
