• For repairs, observe if gemstone might be clarity enhanced or have a major defect which could be damaged during setting or soldering.  Build confidence with customers by easily showing them what needs repaired or replaced, and provide your customer immediate documentation (e.g. prong, retip, or replace head).  For those rare cases, protect yourself against possible litigation from false accusation of stone switching or damage.
