Articulating Arm

The articulating arm is a remarkable work tool.  Effortlessly position the speckFINDER HD® exactly where you want it and take advantage of the versatility.  Suspend the speckFINDER HD® above the work surface and save valuable work space.  Innovative cable management routes cables inside the arm keeping your workspace organized.  Available in 27” and 18” horizontal reach.  Includes mounting bracket allowing the system to be mounted to counters, surface mounted, or wall mounted.

Standard Base

For applications which don’t require the versatility of an articulating arm, the standard base is available.  Featuring variable intensity LED lighting in the bottom, the standard base offers a more traditional microscope feel with the addition of fine adjustment knob.  The glass plate may be replaced with a dark field adapter plate.  An XY table is also available as an accessory.

Rolling Stand

For applications requiring greater mobility, the SPECK1050-PRO is a heavy-duty rolling stand which allows the user to position the speckFINDER HD® almost anywhere.  Used in conjunction with articulating arm.

Platform Base

The platform base is an all-purpose base which can be used within multiple inspection environments and applications.  Constructed of ¼”  steel, the black powder-coated finish is easy to clean and extremely durable.  This unit is also available with an ESD safe material as shown here.

X-Y Adjustable Inspection Table

The Model TBL200-BK adjustable X-Y table assists inspection and assembly tasks. Ball-bearing slides provide smooth positioning in the X-Y plane The triple locking system maintains the desired position using separate, easy-to-use levers for the X-plane and Y-plane. The table is covered using an ESD (Electro Static Discharge) safe mat (Statfree Premium Type T2 Dissipative Dual Layer Rubber).  A convenient snap receptor for grounding is located in the corner of the table.
Steel construction is capable of supporting light duty work up to 15 lbs / 6.8kg.
